Public beta terms
Terms
Basic terms for WarmStart public resources, the manual self-assessment tool, and the evolving LiveOps beta, including responsibility and limitations.
Educational resources
WarmStart resources and the Project Warmth Audit provide general operational information and planning tools. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical, cybersecurity certification, or guaranteed search-indexing advice. Verify consequential decisions with qualified professionals and current primary guidance.
Source links are provided for context and do not imply that the publisher endorses WarmStart. Product interfaces, provider policies, laws, standards, and documentation can change after the stated source-check date.
Beta service
WarmStart is an evolving beta. Features, integrations, availability, and pricing may change. You remain responsible for reviewing proposed work, maintaining appropriate backups and account controls, and authorizing actions that affect providers, audiences, budgets, access, data, or public claims.
Do not use WarmStart to violate law, provider terms, intellectual-property rights, privacy, security, or another person's access. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information to public tools.
No guarantee and contact
WarmStart does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, business growth, search indexing or ranking, provider acceptance, or recovery from every failure. Use the evidence and approval controls appropriate to your risk.
Questions about these terms can be sent to msanchezgrice@gmail.com. Material changes should be reflected by a revised review date and clear public language.
