Why WarmStart exists
About WarmStart
WarmStart helps multi-project founders keep live products useful through visible routines, current evidence, explicit ownership, and human approval.
The problem
Live projects often cool through small unattended failures: stale pages, broken conversion paths, unanswered support, failed provider jobs, missing ownership, and evidence nobody reviews.
WarmStart is designed to keep those conditions visible. It organizes recurring operating work around a project, records evidence and blockers, and preserves human decisions where actions have consequences.
What the beta does
WarmStart currently provides an active LiveOps workspace for adding projects, reviewing maintenance tasks, coordinating launch work, and recording evidence. Product behavior and available integrations continue to evolve.
WarmStart is not an autonomous CEO and does not promise that every provider action can be completed automatically. Provider-facing sends, purchases, account changes, and other consequential actions require the authority and approval stated in the task.
Editorial standard
Resources are problem-led, source-linked, and reviewed against primary guidance. Publication, modification, and source-check dates are separate. We do not invent benchmarks, testimonials, or case-study outcomes.
Corrections are welcome at msanchezgrice@gmail.com. A material correction updates the page and its modified date; a source review with no material change does not manufacture a new update date.
